Champions Again!!

Congratulations to the San Beda Red Lions for winning again the NCAA Crown. That day again was memorable for me, the second straight year I was included to a School that was a champion. Lucky for me.. hehe

I never intended, as in NEVER to enter and study in San Beda, my target were the schools in UAAP but unfortuantely i did not pass because of not taking them seriously. I thought when I entered San Beda that I would not be proud of this school, that I would envy my Bosconian classmates because they had passed to those prestigious schools, while me still finding a school for my college studies around April .
Unfortunately, I guess I was wrong. in San Beda, Life is simple, study and have fun, there are the Orgs, challenging Professors, the NCAA, the Bedan (school paper number 1 fan ako nito.. niahahaha!) and the so-called "Bedan Camaraderie".

Ibang-iba ang samahang bedista, kahit mapunta ka sa bangketa para kumain, ok lang. basta mabusog, once nabasa ko sa PEX (PinoyExchange) and other online forums, "How can you tell if a Bedan is a Bedan?" karamihan sa mga sagot ay iisa, MATAKAW.. haha! natawa ako because it is somewhat true. sa San Beda hindi mo kailangang mamahalin ang suot, ganda kotse, kahit ano is ok. the community accepts you, kahit ganoon lang kaliit ang San Beda. also, was the basketball team, madami nagsasabi "Panalo lang kayo dahil kay Ekwe!" pero siguro nga, wala sa akin yun, ang nasa akin ay yung suporta na pinakita ng mga bedista para sa kanilan kuponan. yung "DEFENSE" na cheer, wow parang mababasag ang Araneta dahil sa lakas pati nung Indian Yell, yung mga palakpak. yung suporta ng mga Alumni. yung boss ng tita ko ngayon sa Regional Trial Court-Makati, Judge Winlove Dumayas, is aBedan, nandoon pa nga siya mismo sa laban na iyon.
kahit matalo sa laro hindi umaalis para makanta yung Bedan Hymn. madami pa ang hindi ko nasabi pero thankful ako sa blessings na ibinigay sa akin.

sa akin ito ang nararamdaman ko sa pangalawang taon ko rito. I am proud of the school and proud to be a Bedan. Let me share with you what I read in Kuya Pao Lorica's blog:
